Taneya Pair epitomizes the commitment of a servant, devoting her time to serving God, His people, and the community through a range of roles within her church, profession, and community.The foundation of Taneya's leadership qualities, shaping both her past and future, began early in her childhood and through diverse life encounters.

In her role as a Pretrial Service Officer at the Pretrial Services Agency for the District of Columbia, Taneya is responsible for overseeing pretrial cases at the District of Columbia Superior Court. Despite the demands of her full-time job, she remains dedicated to fulfilling her life's purpose by actively involving herself in community 

engagement efforts.

Beyond her professional commitments, Taneya is known as the author of "Walk BY Faith: God’s Divine Interception" and a co-author of "Share Your Testimony: Vol 1 Women Who Overcome." Additionally, she showcases her creativity as the driving force behind Cherish handmade jewelry and actively contributes to the Federal Women’s Program. Moreover, she leads the Cherish The Steps Challenge, a community outreach aimed at raising awareness about depression.

Having triumphed over breast cancer for four years, Taneya channels her volunteer work and social media platforms to advocate for breast cancer awareness. She takes part in the Annual Breast Cancer Awareness fashion show "Runway for A Cure" and serves as the Volunteer Legislative Ambassador for the American Cancer Society-CAN.

Taneya is a graduate of Trinity Washington University wheres she received a Master degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. 

Throughout her remarkable journey, Taneya generously imparts her insights on Mental Health Awareness, Women and Youth Empowerment, and Dating with Purpose on various platforms, such as podcasts, television, radio programs, and conferences.

Taneya's life philosophy, captured in the eloquently simple motto, resonates with her conviction that “A life driven by purposeful service to others is undoubtedly a life worth embracing”.
